Description
The Falcon G401F is a single-tank, twin-basket commercial gas fryer with an integrated electric filtration system that drains and filters the oil before pumping it back into the fryer, extending oil life and reducing running costs. The high-efficiency burner system reduces energy consumption and provides quick heat-up and recovery times, increasing output whilst Instant temperature recovery helps maintain consistent cooking quality, even during peak periods. The fryer features a temperature range of 130°C to 190°C and is able to fry up to 34kg of pre-blanched chilled 15mm chips per hour.
