Description
The Lincat J10/N is a commercial, freestanding natural gas fryer featuring twin 12-litre tanks and two baskets, designed for high-demand kitchens. Each 12-litre tank has its own thermostatic control, allowing different food types to be fried simultaneously at separate temperatures without flavour transfer. The unit includes a flame failure device and a top temperature cut-out to ensure safe operation and prevent oil overheating. A deep cool zone collects cooking debris, leading to cleaner cooking results and prolonging the life of the oil. The fryer also features convenient piezo ignition for easy lighting of the pilot flame and an internal drain-off tap for simple removal of used oil.
